Asian Sunkist Ad

Here's a funny ad from Sunkist, some Asian country, I assume the text is Japanese. Can anyone confirm this?

    Ive heard that bidvertiser is a scam, it very rarely registers and clicks. I was having the same issues with and and I stopped using it for that reason.
